Abstract Submission Guidelines

1. General Information:

  • The abstract should provide a concise summary of the research or study, highlighting the key points and results.

  • All abstracts must be submitted electronically through the conference submission portal by the 1st September 2024.

2. Format and Structure:

  • Title: The title should be clear, concise, and indicative of the abstract's content. It should not exceed 20 words.

  • Authors and Affiliations: List all authors' names and affiliations. The presenting author’s name should be underlined.

  • Abstract Body: The abstract text should not exceed 300 words. It should be structured as follows:

    • Background/Objectives: A brief introduction to the topic and the objectives of the study.

    • Methods: A summary of the methodology used in the research.

    • Results: Key findings of the study.

    • Conclusion: The implications or significance of the results.

3. Formatting Requirements:

  • The abstract must be written in English.

  • Use a standard font (e.g., Times New Roman, Arial) in 12-point size.

  • Single line spacing.

  • Margins should be set to 1 inch (2.54 cm) on all sides.

  • The abstract should be submitted in PDF format.

4. Keywords:

  • Include 3-5 keywords that best describe the content of your research.

5. Submission Process:

  • Visit the conference website and navigate to the 'Abstract Submission' section.

  • Complete the online submission form and upload your abstract as a PDF file.

  • Ensure all required fields are filled out accurately.

  • A confirmation email will be sent upon successful submission.

6. Review and Notification :

  • All abstracts will undergo a peer-review process by the conference scientific committee.

  • Notification of acceptance or rejection will be sent via email by 30th September.

  • Accepted abstracts will be published in the conference proceedings.

7. Presentation Formats:

  • Authors of accepted abstracts will be invited to present their work in one of the following formats: Oral Presentation, Poster Presentation, or Symposium.

  • Detailed instructions for each presentation format will be provided upon acceptance.
