1. General Information:
The abstract should provide a concise summary of the research or study, highlighting the key points and results.
All abstracts must be submitted electronically through the conference submission portal by the 1st September 2024.
2. Format and Structure:
Title: The title should be clear, concise, and indicative of the abstract's content. It should not exceed 20 words.
Authors and Affiliations: List all authors' names and affiliations. The presenting author’s name should be underlined.
Abstract Body: The abstract text should not exceed 300 words. It should be structured as follows:
Background/Objectives: A brief introduction to the topic and the objectives of the study.
Methods: A summary of the methodology used in the research.
Results: Key findings of the study.
Conclusion: The implications or significance of the results.
3. Formatting Requirements:
The abstract must be written in English.
Use a standard font (e.g., Times New Roman, Arial) in 12-point size.
Single line spacing.
Margins should be set to 1 inch (2.54 cm) on all sides.
The abstract should be submitted in PDF format.
4. Keywords:
Include 3-5 keywords that best describe the content of your research.
5. Submission Process:
Visit the conference website and navigate to the 'Abstract Submission' section.
Complete the online submission form and upload your abstract as a PDF file.
Ensure all required fields are filled out accurately.
A confirmation email will be sent upon successful submission.
6. Review and Notification :
All abstracts will undergo a peer-review process by the conference scientific committee.
Notification of acceptance or rejection will be sent via email by 30th September.
Accepted abstracts will be published in the conference proceedings.
7. Presentation Formats:
Authors of accepted abstracts will be invited to present their work in one of the following formats: Oral Presentation, Poster Presentation, or Symposium.
Detailed instructions for each presentation format will be provided upon acceptance.
